You need to wrap some duct tape around that before it presents a problem.

Reminds me of a house I looked at, the main 220 line was cut then hand braided together with another line then wrapped with enough electrical tape to form a ball the size of a baseball. This was to feed a 2nd garage.

Not as bad as when I found a field mouse in a TV, it had chewed into the high voltage wire to the focus circuit (5000 volts)
