Car Trailer needs tlc $600 or best

Looking to sell my car trailer that used to haul my race car and then got promoted to the jeep. Now it just hauls lumber and junk. It does need some love but the frame is strong. It need lights and such. It does pull straight and easy at 70mph. Sorry the only pics I have now are covered in lumber but you get the idea. And yes the bed is flat steel.

It does have ramps. And brakes but they have not been used in a long time. The tires are dry and believe a friend that was using it for a while put in some tubes.

/\ /\ This brings the funny

Are the brake backing plates welded to the backing plate flanges or are they bolted? This makes replacing brakes MUCH easier.
