More lawsuits, that is EXACTLY what this country needs .....
I wasn't actually advocating they sue but more had the spirit of if anyone was going to sue it should be the people who dealt with the aftermath. I guess the spirit of my comment doesn't come through on a web forum. If those people were truly suicidal they would have found a way to complete their mission with or without the gun rental. I had a suicide in my family so I am not trying to be insensitive to the families of the people who died, but suicide is a choice made by an adult.
I do agree the whole suing people in general is out of control. I hear ads on the radio that say if you get in a car accident call the police and then call this number so the lawyers can tell you what to do to get the money you DESERVE. Also people sue doctors and hospitals all the time and wonder why their medical costs are so high.
I should sue you for wanting to argue about everything.

I think they should go back to using the zilwaukee bridge for sure, keeps guns outa the media, and obama won't likely try to ban bridges....but we've seen crazy stuff before.

So is society/government pushing the weak minded to mass shootings or suicides rather then providing a direction for help? At least these fools didn't take any one else with them.
Oh your here to shoot yourself, use the last room on the left it has a floor drain and thanks for not taking others with you.

Maybe that the employees counter sue the families that are suing so that no one wins anything and demotivates people or something. I don't have to have an exact answer since this isn't my problem to solve. It's morally wrong to sue a business who's employees had to deal with this mess when their family member who was a legal adult made a choice.
Here it is in a nutshell.. people need to be responsible for their own actions.

Wow, whats wrong with people. Haven't heard of this happening for a while. I had a buddy I played hockey with, his dad owns the Firing Line in Westland, a few years back a gentleman came in bought 100 rounds, shot 99 and took his life with the last round. Its sad that these ranges fall under the microscope after such incidents out of their control..

Maybe I should put some stock into Suicide booths like they have in Futurama.

Might controll the population... and reduce poverty!

here it is in another nutshell, people need to start to realize life hurts, you can't save everyone, not everything is fair, not everyone is worth saving, feelings get hurt, shit happens, puppies die, people die, adopting pets is cool but you can't save them all, helping mentals is nice and all but at what cost, who should we save, when are we gonna start drawing lines in the sand, death penalties would probably deter a lot of this shit, more laws isn't better, eye for an eye wasn't so bad, golden rule is a good one, public stonings are cool, court of appeals is abused, peoples feelings are taken into consideration too often, I love mr. green, participation trophies are fucking lame, life hurts wear a helmet.

Off topic but...

A girl my wife works with has filed a lawsuit against their employer because they have a dress code that says they have to wear slacks. She bought slacks that were too long and they got under her shoes one time causing her to slip and fall. She says it her works fault for making her wear pants.

The sad part is, I bet she wins.
