I second Tattons. Curtis makes one hell of a driveshaft. You wouldn't know by his grammer in his emails, but he can make a damn good driveshaft. Cheaper than Tom Woods, and from what I've read, he offers better customer service.

Ebay and phone calls. I ordered my rear CV from him off Ebay. It took a little while cause I didn't know he sent me an email asking what the length was. I got it shortly, maybe less than a week, after I told him what length I needed. I was really impressed with it. Still holding up strong and I beat on it. I have a buddy who also has one and he beats on it just as hard if not harder and he hasn't had a problem with it yet.

His stuff is going down hill. We had a Tom Wood shaft in a 2004 Rubicon with only 3.5" of lift and had horrible vibrations. We put a stock shaft back in and it was fine. This was after having the Tom Woods shaft balanced. It was simply a bad shaft. I have heard of more than one person having this exact same issue. I won't buy from him again. Not that I have a Jeep anymore anyway. You can get better shafts for less money elsewhere.

Give Olivers Custom Driveshaft a call first. Dave made me a custom 1350 ds out of 2.5"x.250" dom for $300. Two day turn around too!
