Default Wheeling Trip Destination Help?

Last year we went to Drummond Island for a week. Really enjoyed it and will be going again this year maybe. But looking for suggestions were looking for a place we can go within about a 8 hr drive. And stay for a week and not see the same trail over and over again. We liked that drummond island had a destinations (marble head, shale beach, fossil ledges.. etc) Anywhere else that is the type of trail riding wheeling, and more difficult that drummond would not be bad either. Thanks for any suggestions.

Harlen is sweet, went there 6-7 years ago on my 04 Arctic Cat 650 4x4 quad.

Lots of fun. Scary even, not used to those dropoffs. Would def go back there.

Its about a 9 hour drive from here.

Thanks for the pictures and suggestions. How are trails. Everything at drummond seemed like hours or driving over small rocks getting jared back and forth non stop. Also how close are accommodations to the trails.

What about Wellsville ohio? I have never been, but the pics and videos look amazing. I hear the locals vandalize tow rigs if you park in the wrong area, but they say it is safe if you park at the hotel or campground.

I have not been to Harlen either, cant wait to go. The only reason I mention wellsville is that it is only 5.5 hrs from me. Harlen is a lot farther, iirc.

Harlan is fun. Rausch Creek in PA is fun too. Those are about your only options for a multi-day trip within 8 hours.

Personally I liked Windrock, TN better than Harlan, KY. It's probably only a 1/2 hour longer drive since it's closer to I75.

I haven't been there. How many days can a group of 4-6 very capable rigs stay busy for?
