Ramon noodle casserole.

5 packs of beef flavored ramon. - 1.00 (usually)
1 bag of california veggie mix - 2.50
1 pound ground beef - 2.50

Cook beef. drain. In separate pot, boil ramon and veggie mix to preference then drain almost all water. Add beef. mix

Feeds a single guy for usually 3 meals (one a day + coffee) for 6 dollars. It lasts longer than you think. Add a crushed cube of beef bullion while boiling for added flavor, to pre-flavor noodles.

There are quality jerky's out there with nothing added to them, the salty taste is typically MSG which is garbage.
