But I rather go out on my bike or be serously injured than buy the hands of a baddie when I could have made an attempt to defend myself.

And like white rhino, thats 99% of my reason for carrying. After a day of wheeling if my rig takes a shit who knows where it could be, hell look at the area around the mounds, not somewhere I want to be wrenching on my rig at night without.

i carry as much as possable because i know how my odds are and for some reason if it can happen it will somehow happen to me lol. i dont mind if someone dont want me to carry on there prop. and have no prob with it but it will be in my car eather way cause i have to arrive and leave there place at some time. to each there own. i feel i can better protect myself and the people around and close to me when i have it. if u think u dont need it then good for you. hopefully neither of us ever get to see if the other was right or wrong and all will be fine. but look around and at the news people are nuts and the world is screwed up. just my 2 cents

ITs not singling out CPL holders it says no firearms period it has nothing to do with a legal CPL holder, they dont want any guns on the property.. again being that its a gravel pit and people for centuries have used gravel pits as target ranges common sence tells me that they have had or still have isssues with people going out there and shooting... The sign is to post that they dont want any firearms on their property... This thread is stupid its their right and their rule get over it.. they dont need to explain shit to anyone on why! Maybe if you want a real answer you should ask the business owner instead of posting it here.

This was beat to death on here once before. Iirc no one affiliated with bh is anti gun in any form.....that rule exists because including it saved them considerable amount of money on their operating insurance...i may wrong but it seems that is what i remember.

That being said i have no issue with the policy.

I do not give my business to anybody that restricts concealed weapons.

It should be up to the business owner, and if they choose to prevent concealed weapons, then i simply don't spend my money there.

I would never argue with somebody about it though, or try to change their mind. It's not my job to tell people how to run their business.

If I can't drink, and shoot randomly into the air while I wheel I just don't feel right.

Odds are you should stop shitting, never ride a bike, and stop drving, long before a non felon should venture out of the house with out his weapon.
Odds for who?

Are your odds of being murdered the same in Detroit as they are in Fenton?

Are your odds of dying on a bicycle the same if you race downhill as they are if you only have a beach cruiser you ride once every five years?

I'm not sure if you took any statistics classes either. If you did you'd know that often they're generalized to the point of being inapplicable to the individual, and are arguably flawed on a large scale.

What are the odds of a police officer firing their weapon in the line of duty? Is it just as ridiculous they carry one everyday?

I know you're not against people carrying, but you have to accept some just put great enough value and can rationalize doing so everyday. I'm not one of those...and I really don't know if my spare tire has air in it, or if I have the tools to change one, I have AAA.

I have never seen a sign on my local BW3s saying no CPL? Have I just missed it or is it only some that don't allow it?

Only if alcohol makes up for over 50% of sales.

That was the rule back in the day.

CHECK UP ON THIS,

but as far as I know you can now carry where there is alcohol consumed, as long as the business does not account for over 50% of its sales in alcohol. So BW3 would be fine. A bar that doesn't server food = not ok.

Read the back of your CPL license you cant carry where the sale of alcohol is the "primary source of income"...

I bet the odds of dying while racing downhill are a bit higher than 1 in 4000

at like $75 a year how can you not have Tripple AA for flats?

I agree with your analysis on the stats, I don't care if people carry, but I think we can both agree bundy hill isn't detroit.

I carry as much as possible, but if a place doesn't allow it i'm not going to have a shit fit, I respect the owners wishes and remove the pistol. Granted a sign has now say so, the owner has to tell you directly, but I'm not that anal.
I assume you meant "no" not "now, and you couldn't be more dead wrong if you even tried!!!! HAHAHAHAHahaaa!!! A posted sign that says no firearms, means just that, no firearms. The owner of the property doesn't need to tell you directly face to face.

This isnt his point. He would like to observe his 2nd admin. rights on their property. They are however, observing their private property rights to say "no". Now he can observe his right to wheel some where else. America!

Why are you so upset? If you read my post you would know I said its their right. You must have some interest in the park to be upset. I can post it here I don't believe that is in violation of the rules yet. Also how do you know what conversations I have had or have not had with the park? Assumption? If someone post about a bad transaction it's ok? Isn't that the business owners choice? Who is someone to question slow shipping?
