Default Moving sucks

Moving Fri to Big Rapids. I'll be attending Ferris State.

I almost forgot how much it sucks to try and cram everything you can into a SWB.

If anyone is headed out that way from the Waterford area, I could use a hand getting a twin sized bed and small dresser out there. Can't afford to pay much, but will cover extra gas

If you can pay the gas to and from then we'll just load the bed and dresser into my truck and cart it out there

trying to avoid that, so I was seeing if someone was going up that way anyway.
I'll sleep on the floor before paying $100+ to move a not so great bed

yeah i would try to borrow a utility trailer or even a cheap small 5x8 uhaul would be cheaper than paying someones gas too take your junk up there tonk. Also consider trading cars for a few days with a relative with a van or pickup, and owing them a favor. Good luck. Moving sucked when i had a XJ. And i rented a trailer one year and another borrowed a utility trailer.

Did you take the bad seat of out the jeep? You can leave it at home then pick it up next time you get home, that should give ya a bit more flexibity in what you can cram in the back of the TJ.

the dresser I can get in the tj, barely. we're going to see if the mattress will fit in an 02 civic with the seats folded. If so I'm set, if not, I'll take you up on your offer Muddinguy. Thank you!

My mom had a blazer I can use to get it to fenton. We just don't trust it to go across the state(abs and t-case issues)

Trailer wont work, need safety chain tabs welded on and trailer wiring installed on the tj.

not to mention 3.07's and 32's suck to begin with. Pulling anything will make my clutch hate me.

Tonka, reason I asked where it was is I am going to Grand Rapids area on Sat. I can take my pickup truck if need be. Could always put plastic on the stuff.
Having just moved into a new house, I can relate to your situation. Let me know.

Thanks, but it's not enough difference to be worthwhile to me.

I dont do a whole lot of freeway driving normally, so I'll be ok.

With the 32's I really need a 3.73 for best milage, and ok power, or go to a 4.10 and 33's since they are easier to find used, and I have the room for them.

Oh well, if and whan I have extra cash
