Default 05 Dakota W.W. Resevoir

So I need to replace the Windshield Washer pump on my 2005 Dodge Dakota SLT with the 4.7L Magnum v8 in it... I haven't had a chance to poke around the engine bay yet, but am wondering how I get around to it? I know the fill nozzle is located right above the bumper when you pop the hood, but am wondering if I have to remove the bumper in order to get the pump, or if I can go from underneath?

Thanks,

John

If I recall correctly you can pull the wheel whel liner out and get to it but its been a while so I could be wrong.
