Make sure you leave the ODB2 port so you can log. Torque for Droid might not be a bad way to go if you have your phone with you while racing if it has a logging function. You'll be able to feed information back to frost should you have any issues that way as well. I'm not sure if Torque has a logging feature or not so you'd have to look into that. Knowledge is power

Yep, that's the plan. We have access to a scanner and JeepM715 already has the torque app and the blue tooth dongle. From what I know, he's just used the free version that reads and clears codes and does some simple data viewing; but we can always expand.

With the paid version of torque you can log and do all sorts of other cool shit.

The new mount looks pretty good. In fact, it's one of the nicer mounts I have seen. (don't tell Jess ) It's mounted nice and low (since this is a race car) and blends in quite nice. There is still a brush guard planned so it isn't complete yet. My guess is the brush guard will be another 6 weeks out.

Here's the stock air box from the van this motor came from. There was a bellow hanging off the elbow that we removed and will cap. Inner fender will be have some baffling to keep mud from directly hitting the air inlets but allow for outside air to be pulled in.

Fuel cell mount. Nothing fancy. There's a bracket on the other side that captures the center 3 bolts and is welded to the b-pillar cross bar. You can pull the 4 bolts on the flanges and slide the cell out.

The pressure is on. The PCM has been programmed.

Wire panel is nearly complete. I f'd up a few barrel connectors on the relays, so I'm one short. I left it off the trans fan for now. I hooked up a power supply and checked everything out, and everything passes. Hopefully this makes wiring in the car easier.

I'm pretty happy with how this came out. I could have used a little more room between the relays and lower terminal block, but it's workable.

Last night my wife walked into the garage with the PCM that had just been returned. I didn't expect it until the middle of the week, so I joking sent a text to JeepM715 asking if he thought we could get the engine running by the end of today.

I won the bet, and it was done by 11pm.
