Default project: not cool name yet. sas chevy build

after owning it for 10 plus years its time to toss the ifs crap.
starting out with a 88 scsb k1500
stock looking small block
nv3500 trans 241 t case.

whats going under it
welded 60 rear with 4.10
front 79 60 4.10
241-241 doubler
links and coil overs in front shackel flip in rear
re centered h1 wheels and tires

after fighting bolts that havent been moved since it was in the factory i gave up and called a friend to drop off the old gas axe one side done minus the brackets.
have to take a break to clear out the smoke fill garage pics comeing

well no turning back now

i do see a few problems to come my garage door is only 7 feet tall and
i was going to mount my link brackets on my trans crossmember but do to the doubler i may have to come up with a new plan

ifs shit is in the scrap pile still have to grind some on the frame and fix a few holes i made, and im picking up a 60 for the front later today.

no much work has been done but i did get a 79 hp60, ordered 241 doubler kit from d d machine after duffy gave me a deal i couldnt pass also ordered a plasma cutter and last but not least a bunch of shit from ruff stuff

going to take it apart and see but it looks good planing on u joints and all new breaks,
not sure what i am going to do on diff, open, welded or locker yet if i weld i dont think ill steer to well

found my low oil pressure problem when hot pick up was loose in the pump i normaly weld the pick ups on but i didnt have a welder when i did the engine never again

buch of shiney new bling showed up. doubler kit from D.D machine i was going to just get a shaft from him but her made me a deal on the whole thing
ruff stuff hiems and brackets

cleaned up the frame
