Default pop-up camper $200

I bought a late 60's Monarch popup from one of my wifes coworker for $300 and planned on fixing it up. I've kinda lost interest in it so I'm selling it for $200 and taking a lose. Someone might be able to fix it up, but I'd probily make a utility trailer out of it since it seems to need more work to fix it up than I'd feel like putting into it. $200 OR BEST

If it has a Title then you tranfer the title like you would a car. Being that old it most likely don't have a Title in that case You plate as you would a utility trailer by the weight. If he has an old regerstration for it you can take that and a bill of sale to the S.O.S. if not you have to go get it weighed.

the roof vent leaks, the wood on the ceiling will need to be replaced, seat couchions will need to be replaced, some screens and windows repaired. The people we bought it from said they had title bought couldn't find it at the time we bought it. I'll have my wife call them and see if they found it, if anyone is interested in it.

The thin plywood or paneling board inside the pop-up on the ceiling is alittle bad from the vent on the roof leaking water because the caulk around it needs to be replaced. The canvas is in pretty good shape, no dry rot. I only pulled it about 5 miles at about 55 mph with a ford f-150, it pulled staight and I couldn't hardly tell it was their.
I'll measure it today and try to get more pics.

yeah it does have a furnace and the sink does work for sure. I was told that the stove and furnace both work great but I never tried them. Both propane tanks are empty or else I'd check it out for you.
