i have noticed that alot of the rear 4 links i have seen and the way i built mine, you can draw a box if you look at the rear lower mounts on the axle an the frame upper mounts.i screwed with mine a ton when i built it.im very happy with it.

Can't raise the upper mounts at the chassis and I don't want to lower the lower mounts at the chassis.

Do I read it right that you have 5" separation John? I started out with about 4" and had wheel hop on steep stuff. Raised the uppers to about 5 1/2" and it went away.

Yeah at the chassis. I might be able to push another .5" out of the lowers. But at that point the link mount will be lower then the belly skid. Uppers can't go up any higher. All at the chassis side.

Uppers at chassis side need to go higher srsly, 1" higher

40 deg triangulation, -1deg roll axis, 26% AS at 7" bump, 79% AS at 7" down (assuming 50% up/down), 6" separation at chassis, 9.5" at axle, IC length of wheelbase+, Roll axis pointed slightly down, 40.9" upper length, 41" lower length.

Thoughts?

I would either bring the seperation on the chassis up to 7", or drop the seperation on the axle to 8".
having the link lengths the same is key for pinion rotation.

Other than that, stop sweating the numbers. They're good enough and they'll change a little once you start building the mounts and trying to package everything at full stuff.

Just keep making process, or you'll analyze the project to death, and eventual part out (we call that the Strangler Syndrome)
