Since now that I have full control over this build, I hope to start making progress on it

First, I'm going to make it run and drive.

Being that its at my house, I get to choose the direction of this build. I've decided to put it up for discussion. Jason has a few ttb parts laying around, including a lift, and he has all the parts(mostly) to do a sas, full width 44/9" stock axles. I'm having trouble deciding on which would be best considering my wheeling style isn't like his would be.

So, build a ttb suspended rig or just go straight to a fw sas swap.

Which ever way you go just make sure to keep it road worthy for him so that he doesn't need to have a trailer and tow rig to take it wheeling.

I have done the ttb-sas with narrow axles-sas with full width-full width tons

Skip the ttb. Sell what your not gonna use to buy some cheapie 16's that will fit or sell what rims tires you have for something else.

I bet you won't have a hard time trading your 33's on rims for some 33's to fit you 15" rims.

Ok, so should I do a stock 44 swap, stock radius arms and everything, or make him spend the money now for extended, heims and everything?

Gary, this thing will be completely streetable, just like my next project after this one.

Extended with heims . They shouldn't be too much money and better than stock radius arms by far....

Ok, I would need a set of 7/8" or 1.250 heims and about 8'of 2" dom, that's about $150~$200 investment. Probably the way I'd go too, but not my money to spend. Jason, up to you or find some donations.
