We have a couple new products that we have put on customers rigs in the past couple weeks.

JFO is your high steer source with custom OTK 1 ton steering kits.
Buying the kit is the easy part, installation not so much. We can make it easy by machining your knuckles, tie rod end, and pitman arm. Come see the man with the machine if you are ready for a steering upgrade.
The picture below is high steer on a Dana 44, but we can set up your stock Dana 30 it the same steering system.

Totally bolt on winch plate.
The example in the picture is on a F250 but this system can be easily adjusted to fit on any vehicle with factory tow hooks. This winch plate is lease truck friendly, it doesn't alter or damage the truck at all. Bolts to your factory tow hook mounts.

Had a little downtime at the shop, decided to add some tube to the rock sliders on the Explorer.

Also changed up the design of the stinger to allow a mounting spot for the winch cable.

Looks much better I agree! Nice to have that project done. I masked off the steering for him, but didn't take any measurements besides the length of the tie rod and drag link. The tape was just to visually see how to mount the track bar in a way that would match the angle of the drag link. What angle was off? First I'm hearing of this.

Seems like it would be so boring if things just fell into place and you could actually put money into your rig.

Bitter sweet is a perfect description, more so for you with the longer history with the pumpkin. Opens the options for other fun projects.
I'm very happy with how the tube turned out. Got a few other ideas for a mild exocage. Jays all revved up to start the internal cage, so we will see when we get his xj done.
Glad to hear you're back on the wagon! Got to get everyone wrapped up and get back out on the trails. Let me know if you need a hand with anything, I'll gladly help out. Will be nice seeing chewy all fixed up.

Jay wants me to keep it moveable to get it back over to the shop. He is wanting to do the shackle relo kit mock up on it. Told him to make an extra set, lol. So in the meantime I may need some help fixing the crossmember here at home so I can get the drivetrain alligned properly. Guess the BFH allignment didnt work.

I remember him mentioning that relocation kit, would benefit both of you guys. You going to do the one ton steering while its at the shop? What are your plans on the crossmember? Didn't the mounting holes frame side get stripped?

Wish they were not ripping from chassis but they seem to be. Steering?; I may keep using what I have till axle swap. Looking for thoughts on the crossmember. Posted to my build, my plans. Thinking the quick solution may be the Rustys one. We'll see how it looks after trying to remove old one. Have to put new joints in both drive shafts too.

Those sound like some fun projects. That crossmember doesn't look bad, should fit the bill. May have to get creative with those holes frameside. Maybe time for some plate steel fabrication.
