Talking Resource for Rentals

I need to run a comparison of what houses are renting for in/around Lake Orion.

I have tried Craigslist and North Bloomfield properties so far.

Is there another resource I can use that anyone here can recommend?

If they are a good clean respectable tenant it might be worth the 100 buck to keep them there.

If the rent is covering the expenses, and they are maintaining the property, I'd leave it alone. Trust me, good renters are hard to find. Learned that the hard way.

Well, a few things: he called me a couple days ago saying he wants the rent reduced because he may be laid off for a few weeks. We are not cutting the rent when it is already $100.00-$150.00 under market value.

And no, it doesn't cover expenses. We are about $3K a year underwater on it. The house will be paid for in 3 years. So there is light at the end of the tunnel. Then rent will be all ours!
