Default 91 cherokee

Looking into picking up the jeep... Has a 1 foot section of bad frame rot starting behind the drivers front leaf spring mount and is worse under drivers seat... I'm looking for advice as to not worrie about it or should I just cut it out and replace it? Btw.. guy says his mechanic said it was unsafe to drive and ill have to drive it home... About 50 minutes.... Any quick advice would be appriciated... Thanks! I'll try to get a picture UP...

warning - do not drive it, except on to trailer, if you do buy it, theres more to it, to fixing that, most imprortant place of a uni-body, that place holds the front end together,
yikes, good luck fixing it, if you do decide to buy.
