Onetime I clipped the breaks to someones car and zip tied the throttle down.

White grease under the handles of a coworkers toolbox. Non drying bluing squirted into a glove is a good one too.

Bag of 3 hole punch chads down the defrost; turn controls to defrost and high then wait for startup. Looks kinda like a snow globe.

In our old shop that didn't have the office attached we would fill a foam coffee cup with oxygen and acytelene and use blue painters tape to cover the holes and also double as a wick. Stick the cup to the bathroom door when somebody goes to take a shit.

took an life size cardboard cut out of Joe Montana and put just inside the walk-in cooler door. when my co-worker came in and opened the door, She screamed so load that she was heard on the other side of the store.
