No, I am not that far away. It might make a nice retreat though for others.
RESTRICTED TIRE SIZE. Work it like Drummond. A mix of the tight and twisty, off camber, logs, a little bit of wet stuff, some thing that can last a few minutes or a hour or better. Some easy stuff for visitors with stock stuff, as well as some easy stuff that you could limp away from hard trails on if there is a breakage.
Full size only or cycle and atv's as well?
If it is the 1700 acres you are talking then areas restricted to only full size, mud trucks, and atvs/bikes. Some common areas that will allow groups with both users to mingle. For the bikes throw in some single track woods trails that are only for them. Making trails that are not the easiest of rides, one way would be a plus.
Something like the mounds/R&V is a must. Courses that let the stock trucks play then trails that will challenge jeepbratt and whiterhino as well as others with crawlers. This could be log jams, drain tiles, and concrete dividers.
Some lose sandy runs or even a few that replicate some of the wheeling of Tennessee and Kentucky with ledges and such.
This will draw more people than just offering trails. Something like the Mounds scramble area where you can play with 66" R1s or 31" ATs. I do like the suggestion posted above me that limits the crossing of pits from side to side. Please limit the areas that the Rockwell driven tractor tires can run so that everyone can play in the mud, but also balance this that those users can play all day as well.
Hope I am not too late to give some input. Also should this park become a reality I am in with a chainsaw and loader tractor, as well as people that will take all the fire wood they can. I would make this a minimum of once a month and be all over the idea of a night run as well as some winter wheeling.
