I will negotiate.

Emphasizing the low mileage and little-to-no offroad use is not helping your sale because the Jeep does not look like the low mileage street queen that you suggest it is. The pictures show rusty floor plans, heavy frame surface rust, and neglected interior/ exterior. One can only safely assume that the drive train was treated with the same level of respect.

My $0.02

My offer.

I have picked up similar Wranglers needing fair amounts of TLC in the ballpark of $3500. I will be generous and offer 40 crisp Benjamins.
