Went and looked at a ranger one time where the module went bad. so the guy took a couple 3/8 swivels and extensions and tacked them all together to shift the tcase in and out of 4x4. Atleast you wouldn't have to get out to put it in 4x4 manually.

I have only 5.2v to the switch. (New switch) and I've replaced the motor on the t case with a brand new one. Still nothing. No 4wd and no irregularity in the lights.

And I can not find the 4x4 control module. It is not behind the radio, behind either kick panel or under the jump seats. That's my next step. Any other ideas ware it may be?

After reading lots of threads, one said that on a 95 and up the gem and 4x4cm are the same unit.
