Behind the plastic cover on the pass side of the firewall there will be a brown wire with a black tracer with a disconnect on it. With the truck running, unplug the wire, set the timing to 10' or what it says on the tag on the rad support, plug the connector back together and put the cover back on the firewall. You just set base timing and the ECM takes it from there.

On the offchance the wire isn't under the hood, it will be inside on the pass side just above the carpet. The same procedure applies.
