I wouldn't expect a stock pile of weapons and ammunition to protect me well from government forces. Weaponry would help with all the obvious things, burglary, mugging, butt rape, etc. Stock piling would help ensure that protection to continue and offer a sense of security. Lets be honest, collecting weaponry in the name of a coming government ban is a great excuse to go out and get some guns.

You shut your whore mouth. It worked to convince my wife. After Obummer was announced, I texted her and said I needed to buy the guns and ammo I've been wanting now. Her reply, "You're right, I can't justify you not getting it now".

I set my wife up before the votes came in, I told her "if this guy gets elected we need to stock up before the dems make it very hard or ban semi auto weapons." after the news announced BOs win last night, I quickly reminded the wife about them guns, she reluctantly agreed. Gotta make the best out of a bad thing.

U.S. officials have acknowledged privately that the treaty under discussion would have no effect on domestic gun sales and ownership because it would apply only to exports.

In England it started with registration and a few years later ended with a cull on ALL arms! even the Olympians couldnt own a gun/rifle to practice with.they had to come to Canada and Australia to shoot. All guns were melted down. No one in England owns a gun. Cameras at every street corner. Fight guys join every pro gun oganization you can find. Write letters to you congress man/woman

This is what I like about Ohio, we don't register guns sold from private sellers. In general we don't need a hand gun permit either to own or purchase. Some municipalities still have owner permit laws but more and more are dropping them since the state made concealed carry legal.

Yeah...our guns going to Syria are the problem there...

Even if they didn't have guns those fuckers would massacre each other with sticks and rocks.

I was anticipating BO winning the election and sales going through the roof. That is why I bought my shotgun a few weekes ago to avoid the skyrocket of used firearm prices!

I dont plan on using it for anything other than hunting, but I am prepared to fight for my second ammendment right!

Wasn't it Obama himself, just going off my worthless memory, that said something like, "The second amendment ensures the right bear arms...but does not specify which ones."?
