I'm going to guess that it's some rural county in Utah ill have the highest percentage for Romney. Maybe Millard or Tooele County...

if you check it out the counties predominantly ghetto that's where he won Michigan, the numbers don't lie, 335k votes in Wayne alone.
i had heard Romney had a double digit lead in Macomb and a single digit lead in Oakland just Monday, yet he lost both.
