Tcase upgrade question
Ok someone that knows more about transmissions than me help me out please.
I need to upgrade my Transfer case.
I'm still running the 231 snapped an output shaft this past weekend.
What are my options for going bigger without dropping coin on a damn atlas?
I would like gear to gear I have a D300 in the shed but I don't think it will clear my trans.
Other thing is I like the gearing my rig has right now so I would like to retain that if at all possible.

most normal light duty dodges are 23 spline. should be a pretty straight forward swap.
you want a dld 241 (dodge light duty), not from a diesel or v10.
the case is physically bigger, tunnel or crossmember might need massaging.
check the speedo output, i think some are vss some are not.
i think the dodge 241hd is 27 spline.
