Only run a side tank. No rear and get creative with the filler neck. I'm sure you could extend it to your current door.
But I'm sure if you dig deep you will find a company that makes a large rear tank. They've got to be out there

You will need to get a sending unit, tank straps, and skid plate from a Bronco since the bigger tank will now eliminate your spare tire space. No need to reinvent the wheel.

Never thought of that. How big is a bronco tank?

my LMC order looks like this

43-5060 * GAS TANK-32 GALLON: 109.95
43-4075 GAS TANK STRAP SET-LOWER 1 REQ: 59.95
43-4047 SENDING UNIT-32 GAL 1 REQ: 59.95
SH: 27.75
OVERSIZE: 20.00
$277.60 to upgrade tank!!?

humm not liking that. perhaps ill just use some epoxy putty on the leak, and save the cash for a 351 swap.. :D

I think i still have a brand new set of straps for a '96 bronco in my garage.

But, I believe the bronco uses the straps for the top, and the skid plate holds up the bottom.

Does the F150 already have straps on the top?
Will the bronco skid plate just bolt up?
