From experience, the defense to slander is the truth. If you are 100% truthful on what you type here, there is nothing that he can do about it. Absolutely nothing. If he stole your money by deceit, and you have proof, there is NO slander. Got proof? Say what you want.

If the Judge Mathis poster is for reals, you CAN sue the individual if you sued the company, and did not mention his name on the suit. The other way around too, if you sued him, his company can be sued in a separate suit. Paper trails are good. Here say is bad. If he has nothing, or makes up stories, show the judge the broken distributor, and the receipt for the new part. Pictures of fukc ups. Affidavits from other mechanics stating that the bearings from a new engine had wear of a motor with 100k miles on them. Show the cam bearings with spot welds. Show the missing parts and blown up lifter. Show the heat tab that was deliberately placed within 2 inches of an exhaust header. Shops are supposed to use more than one tab. The statutory limit in Michigan is $3000, so that would be the max award, but nail that fucker to the wall.

Well even after a loss at small claims he had the gall to call the shop where my nephew works and tried to get him fired over an invoice from their shop. His supervisor had authorized the invoice for my paperwork and basically told him that.He in turn contacted the owner of the dealership and tried again with him stating that my nephew was doing work for free and that he was stealing from the dealership.

Bc1980 is the member on here.

By the way I would say that I am to blame for losing in court.Even with a great papertrail I had forgotten to mention key facts regarding heat build in an engine so he got lucky and the judge made his decision before I could comment anymore.

Just a quick quiz....What are the 3 primary reasons for heat build in an internal combustion engine?

1.Lack of antifreeze.
2.Air pockets in water chambers.
3.Low oil pressure causes friction, which in turn raises temperatures significantly.

Am I right or wrong on that?

4. heat soak from exhaust header. when I ran the salvage yard here in sagnasty, the heat tabs went on the front and back of the head, because highway speeds with a factory manifold will make the lead melt.

The owner of accurate engines is LANNY,unless he turned the company over to his son or someone else because of his name being no good.

I would just like to respond to this thread by saying im sorry for your loss. The person you are referring to as fat fukc is kevin miller and he is just that a big piece of shit. He is in no way affilliated with me joker00127 or Elite Engines.Per a Lease agreement Kevin is allowed to use some equipment in the shop.Kevin is not certified and does not have a bussiness license.(maybe some ammo for you)By purchasing the cheapest rebuilt engine on craigslist you got just that.I am sorry for what you have gone through your not the only one.If you would have purchased an engine from us we would have stood behind it.

you and joker work the same shop? I asked joker to verify what company is having the "stroker month" sale with zero reply. Great customer service, right?

Thanks Bc I appreciate it.
I wasn't looking for the cheapest rebuild but was caught by the turnaround time initially.Noone else I contacted could get it done in time.I wish I would have found and spoke to Mike first.I probably wouldn't have had half the problems. He seemed to be helpfull when I contacted him a few times.
I would have done the work myself but time away from work was nearly impossible at the time.Lesson learned though. If you want something done right do it yourself.
The last 3 engines that I built myself minus boring and machine work, are all still running and driving after only being installed once. One with over 80,000 again.

Again outside of talking to Mike I had no dealings or issues with Elite at all.
