It will probably end up being someone just like Michael Douglas in the movie Falling Down. Some dude who is pissed at life is shooting cars that cut him off, tailgate, or otherwise piss him off.

If it is then I'd say it's his driving that's the problem, not the other way around.

This will probably end up being the case, if it has been mostly women and asians shot at then shitty driving has to be the case.

found a black alero V6 for sale in oakland county thats on craigslist.....looks pretty similar to the pictures the police had posted online

When I suggested going for a ride while being armed, I wasn't exactly saying we should shoot the guy. What would be good is cruising around hopefully seeing the guy shooting. Then we get his plate and vehicle description and follow him. Obviously then call the police.

Now, if we happened to get in a bad situation then we may have to protect ourselves. However, good intentions or not would still leave us with a higly undesirable situation as we would be liable for anything that would happen.

I can't remember perfectly and I don't feel like looking it up, but I believe he was killed. If I recall it happened in Georgia or Alabama or something. I didn't watch it again, but I've seen it quite a few time as it's used in officer training.

Yes, he died. IIRC, he had recently been reprimanded for being too aggressive with someone and speculation was that he didn't shoot earlier because of that. What a shame.
