Arrow New Ruffstuff 9" Truss!

By now you have all seen our truss design for our housings. It gets superior strength through using the crown shape.

But now how about the same strength and shape for a factory 9" housing?

This is the rear truss, the top truss will have integral links and should be ready within a couple of weeks. The truss is long enough to end at the brake brackets so you do not have any weak points. The IFS Toyota should be done by the end of next week also!

What's the thickness on these?

The rear is 10 gauge (.1534"), the shape gives it its strength. The top truss is 3/16" so it is strong enough to mount links on and also has the same shape so both are very rigid and stiff...

Do you make these in custom lengths? (say for shortened axles?)

First off I should say we make them long enough to fit even the largest axles but you can cut them to fit. You really want them to run brake bracket to brake bracket for the strength. However, after saying that I should mention that we have 2 prototypes the are 35" long. The shape was what we were testing and a couple of 1/16" to 1/8" changes were made but if that is ok with you we could sell you one for $75...

Gonna have to keep an eye on this. I was just going to get a basic truss since nobody really seems to make them for a 9". Any clue on pricing for the upper truss when it becomes available?

We have a couple of options but the one I like best is waiting on the ubolt shop to get a specific die to bend them in a "D" shape to go through a tube through the truss.
