33s and a locker better be enough, I'm one of the trail leaders and that's all I run with.

Just to clarify drinking and driving is illegal and there is zero tolerance for it on the trail. In the seven years I have been doing this event I have not had a single report of this being a problem. This is 100% a family event. Don't let the posts of drinking fool you. The drinking takes place in the bar which is attached to the hotel. There is also a hospitality room which we use after the banquet to relax and tell wheeling lies. You are allowed to bring your own drinks to this room, it's a private room, out of the public eye. Again, this is simply having some drinks with good friends if you choose to do so. The event will be two days of wheeling, on state land. |

We jest about having a bit to drink, but in reality there are just as many (or more) people milling about the hotel with a soda pop as a barley pop after wheeling day is done. And the atmosphere has always stayed family friendly. Another thing I can't emphasize enough is that staying at the Quality Inn with all the participants and SOFO members is as fun as the trails. 102 Days until SnoFari!

Amazing the amount of stuff that's hiding out there! We're going up soon to check out a few new spots and one we didn't get to last year. Sounds like another great event is in the making! |
