I was suggesting that. The man that I use to rent out my two homes has a large group of clients that he finds rentals for. You may want to call a local agent and tell them what your looking for. Might be worth a shout

I've heard of agents here in the Chicago area doing it. I'm not sure what they get out of it.

a lot of rentals are now listed on the area MLS Boards.

Not sure if RealComp II covers as far west as Lansing or not, but I can do a quick search tomorrow if you're interested.

I'd need at lease some parameters though so I don't pass you listings of crack houses, or frat houses
