dunno maybe 5-6 oz. it was a small serving.
believe it or not I eat pretty well. mostly chicken. I prefer beef but don't eat loads of burgers. I do get a couple good steak in now and again.
if you used any of the calorie counting calculators it says I have to eat about 5300 calories a day just to maintain my size. I'm pretty sure I don't eat that much anymore.

As of this AM I'm down 38lbs for the year. With one good bowel movement I'll see 259#, a weight I haven't been in ~15 years.

The menu sounds like you stopped at KFC with the mac&cheese and mash/gravy. Was that the case?

This has to be retarded post of the year.
First off.....chicken nuggets is NOT chicken you moron.
Secondly, I like how your bragging that it would take 5300 calories to maintain your fat ass. You must be just like Michael Phelps.

For a man the weight loss calories range I use for Mike is 1500 to 1700 depending on activity level. I don't think you should weekly eat yourself into weight gain range but oncce a week Mike eats 2100 calories (he usually doesn't get there because he is used to so much less). I bulk most of our food with a lot of vegetables so there is no feeling hungry here. Tonight I made a tomato based roasted red pepper vegetable facon soup. We both had two big bowls for less than 300 calories.

Partially. Have you checked out their nutritional information? Instead of Dibella's I occasionally stop at Whole Foods' lunch counter.

I'm not a calorie counter but one guideline I've heard of is Goal Weight * 10 = Daily Intake i.e. If you're goal weight is 150 then you should be consuming around 1500 cals/day.

Or eat real food and listen to your body. With a little fine tuning it's pretty easy to gauge.
