Quite possible that your gas, cable and phone companies all use the same contract service, so yes that portion was done by one guy. Just because those 3 are marked doesn’t mean that all have been marked yet. They typically have 3 days from when you call. Electric, water, sewer, and whatever else may still be on their way.

Still, the point is that they are only going to mark the utility company’s lines. They will not go hunting for lines that have been put in from your house out to your barn or even from your meter to your house, which is what the OP is looking for.

We had it done to put in a chain link fence, it was separate people that came out to do our gas, electric, and phone.

I know on my property, the privite electric and gas line that were run to the pool were shallow enough that I traced them with my metal detector. Kinda easy in my case because the gas is hard iron line, so it runs straight, and the electric is buried with it.
