I will have to invest in a tripod before the next trip. I was just happy to find someone that was willing to take video with my camera. Shaky video is much better than no video at all.

Just some things I have done over the summer to the Rig.

New Hood

Driver side trail door and back half painted

Installed Bump stops up front

Headlights

Stop/tail on top and back up lights on bottom.

Looking good!! You use stock door hinges for those doors? And have any close up pics of how they mount?

Yes I used the stock hinges, couldn't believe I still had them and was able to find them. I willtake closeup pictures soon for you. Not sure when since its not at my house at the moment.

None on the shocks or springs, I did get some overspray on the reservoir body. That will easily wipe off later. I ended up taking a shop towel and pushing it through the upper mount and then wrapped it around the shock. This allowed me to paint the whole outside of the shock mount and most of the inside.

Thanks for you help Sunday morning, the rig looks much better with some paint on it. Now I HAVE to get the rest painted this winter.

Ok cool thanks! I'm looking at building some tube doors for mine and still have the stock hinges and was trying to figure out a way to use them.

Thanks Erin, I can't wait to get there. Work is going to be rough tonight and tomorrow night, my mind left for Canada last night when the rig went on the trailer. Still have a couple small things to get done before Wednesday, but that won't be any problem. See you up there.

I think John is still uploading pics to www.unemployedfilms.com si maybe check there. I guess we were having too much fun driving that the picture taking wasn't a priority. Maybe I can do better next time.

Just placed the order for my new tcase, 8 weeks from now it should be on the way to my house.

Also, have new Crane knuckles waiting to be painted and installed. The knuckles that are on the axle were broken summer '11 and repaired last winter. Wouldn't be too surprised if they are broken again after the beating I gave the rig last summer.
