that too...physical labor can help you stay fit.

I should have stated carbon flux. It's really about carbons (carbohydrate, fatty acids, glucose) in, and how they are utilized within the body.
see, you're smart enough to know about eating healthy and implementing it

Can you copy the ingredient list or the link? I'm curious what is in that stuff.
Can you get to this link (Advocare Spark, including ingredients and comparisons)? I'm having trouble pasting into the txt.

http://www.advocare.com/products/active/A2094.aspx

And it tastes like hawaian punch! They also have a pre-mixed product called SLAM for just prior to exercise. LMK if you need more information. I could have you talk to my wife or arrange for you to talk with a fitness trainer who works for them.

Cruising around town looking at the people fighting each other to get into Burger king, McDonald's, Taco Johns etc... It seems like we are in a race to get fatter and broker.

Try this:

Key Ingredients:
B-vitamin complex (thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B-6, vitamin B-12 and pantothenic acid), taurine, L-tyrosine, choline, caffeine, GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid), citrus flavonoids, inositol

Yup. The CDC is going to have to add the next obesity strata before they post the 2015 national obesity trends

There is no pyramid. PM me and I can explain further; but the short of it is that commission is only during training, is capped at a low amount, and does not go down a chain of command. It's pretty much like any sale job based on commission. Again, I don't want this to be a discussion about Advocare, I simply stated that I'm going to give it a shot. If it doesn't work, you'll be the first to know. Anyone else interested in Advocare please PM me directly so we don't have any more . I've had my fill for the week.

Thanks for sharing - not as bad of a list as I expected. But my views on vitamins are a whole other thread :)

Good luck to you guys - all that really matters is if the products work for you and they keep you moving in the direction you want to go and keep your insides healthy.

People think waaaaay to deeply into losing weight. After working out of state a lot for a few years with a diet of fast food, beer, beer, beer and more beer I turned into an enormous fat body. I am a stocky 6'2'', when I get to 200# I can start to see a faint 6 pack. I carry a lot of weight in my bone structure and cock. I got up to 275# which was an all time high for me. It took about 8 months to lose 60# to get down to 215#. Before actually losing weight I tried dieting, exercise, 6 small meals a day, quit drinking, ect..... All that stuff was a pita to stick with. Now I just shove less food into my fat pie hole. I eat the same type of food I did, just less of it. I am very active at work but I don't actually exercise. It was pretty simple really...
