ballastic fab radius arm mounts
any one use the mounts that you a coil spring with the radius arm mounts built in?
thinking about going with these for a 60 swap in my tj that will get some around town use and some wheeling. dont need crazy amounts of flex. would binding still be an issue if i used only one radius arm? is that even reasonable? here is the link im thinking about using. http://www.ballisticfabrication.com/...ts_p_1184.html

I wouldn't use just 1 radius arm. The axle will want to twist either up or down when you hit the throttle or brake. It will lift or pull down only 1 side of the truck making yer butt hole microscopic especially if you are driving on the road. Just build it with 2 radius arms and use bushings at the axle end, rubber bushings would be better here than poly. They will proving dampening of noise, vibration and harshness and also give you some flex in the suspension

well as of currently im on a tight budget to work on the jeep since i have other priorities that are more important. i dont have a issue with running 2 radius arms at all. just looking to keep the binding out of the equation. id like to run a 3 link but dont wanna have to redo the exhaust at this time. just trying to make a simple swap to put my 60 into this on coil springs.
i had the the same idea about the lifting as you mentioned but wanted to make sure my thinking was correct. also as of right now i have 6 johnny joints that i planned on using but will be looking for some bushings to use. i currently also have poly bushings. what kinda thoughts on rubber bushings do you have?

You could use the 6 JJ's in the build and put a rubber bushing at the joint between the upper and lower bar of the radius rod. I have another project I am doing with Moog k3194 bushings but they are 3 inches wide iirc, use a 1.0 ID tube and 1/2 bolt. You get a nice 1/4 inch cushion of rubber between the tube and bolt but for this, I would want more. Check out the stock rubber bushings for a YJ leaf spring. IIRC they are more narrow and for a larger ID tube
