Just lost my grandpa to lung cancer...got the call at 12:01. Gonna be a rough ride for the family from here on out. Not sure what else to say at this point...

I am beginning to believe that they gave me lung cancer when they did my pulmonary function test last Wednesday. I have been wheezing and coughing non stop since I arrived home, and the gas that they pump into the mouth piece, other than the O2 and Nitrogen, was set about 10# too high, I got the new girl

I hope I don't end up with pneumonia, it's the last thing I need right now. With my FIL in for rehab from his Chemo therapy, he can't stand up on his own yet. Takes 4 people to move him, because he refuses to help.

He figures it's there job, and he doesn't have to do anything, including in rehab. He just cries and says he wants to come home, his daughter (MY WIFE) will take care of him. He doesn't even attempt to use a toilet anymore, since he's in diapers, he just lets it go. He will sit in a shit filled diaper for 4-6 hours at a time, even with a tumor the size of a golf ball hanging on his right butt cheek. Old people can be a real pain. This guy drove himself to the Hospital., and walked into the ER, like nothing was wrong. I don't want to live that long, even with spare parts.

Sorry for your loss. Cancer doesnt seem to care who it takes, ive also lost close family to it.

Thanks fellas. Much appreciated. It's all gettin a bit better but it's rough seein my grandma like this. They had been together for over 50 years..she's lost now but we've all been taking care of her.
