Default cant control the heat or the speed of the heater.

i have a 2000 tj wrangler and i cant control my heat or the speed of the heat. ive changed the blower motor resistor and that didnt do anything. any suggestions ?

Check the connections at the resistor with a meter or test light to see if you have power coming to the blower motor when you switch speeds.If you dont have power coming to all three speeds I would expect the switch or connections on the switch.
As far as temp check the cable under the pass side of the dash to make sure it moves with your temp control.If it does you need to search for "heater cheater" or" heater beater". The air blend door is known to break,and you have to remove the complete dash to fix it. The heater cheater is a 1/2 hr fix.

check the back side of the switch it is common that they get hot an melt
