I only saw halos at night during the first couple weeks. But I do notice that when I'm really tired driving at night my eyesight gets blurry a little. Like I have to blink a couple times and it clears up. Might just be from getting older though.

No Halos for me, but my sister in law still has them 9+ months later. xwhatever on the drops. Every 4 hours, and artificial tears for a month or so later.

No night issues for me but my eyes tend to get tired easily. However, that may simply be age.

I had mine done by Dr Rahmani 2.5 years ago. So far no issues, my left eye turned out slightly better than my right eye, even though I moved my left eye quite a bit during the procedure. I did the bladeless procedure with the custom eye mapping. It was worth every penny. I had a few complications, but nothing major, they just took long enough to figure out that the numbing drops started wearing off and my eyes were burning a little. I had halos at night for about 6 months, after that it went back to normal. Just for an idea of pain, I got an eyelash in my eye the day after, it hurt 10x worse than the actual procedure, so not too bad. Everyone that I know that has entered the contest on Rahmani's website has one, including me. You more or less get the best he has to offer for about 1/2 price.

Interesting information. I am 31 and have had glasses since I was roughly 6. At my last checkup several months ago I was speaking to my eye doctor about said surgery. She strongly suggested against it(for anyone) with her rebuttle being what if something were to go wrong - then you go blind. This gave me some fear.

My son had it done 2 years ago at age 21 seemed early to me but he loves it and would do it again..We used Lansing Ophthalmology.. MonkeyBiz you are a wussy......try having a baby !

Had mine done about 5 weeks ago. Two days after i turned 30. Best money ever spent, i have astigmatism and one eye was 20/40 and the other was 20/50. I now have 20/20 each eye and combined 20/15. The first 3 hours did not feel very good afterwards. After that no big deal.

Had it done 13 years ago, 20/15 in each eye. 41 years old now, and just started to need +1.00 cheaters. Best money ever spent, because I was blind as a bat when I went in, and came out being able to see w/o glasses or contacts.

Rhino, did you notice any diffrence when looking through firearm optics, ie a scope up close? Do you need to have your readers on to clearly see the cross hairs?
