SOLD!!!

This is a custom BBQ / Smoker trailer. This was recently completed and has only been used a few times. It is a new build but was built with some previously used equipment. This thing works great and is a definate head turner. I have used it to cater several parties and it ALWAYS steals the show. This would be an incredible tail gate party machine! The trailer has brand new tires and wheels (10 miles of use), 3 chamber smoker, 2 stainless steel table tops, stainless steel water tank cover, 4 stainless sinks (3 sanitary and 1 hand wash), fresh water and grey water tanks, 2 commercial steam warmers, and all of the pumps and plumbing to make the sinks work. Requires 120V power supply for steamers and water pump (standard electrical outlet or small generator). All other surfaces are aluminum diamond plate. If you wanted to use this for your business, it will meet or exceed most Health Department standards with its 4 sinks and properly sized water tanks. Take a look at all of the pictures below to see it in all its glory!!!! :) I will assist with shipping or local delivery and you can come take a look at it in person if you would like. All shipping expenses are the buyers responsibility.

Not bad price considering all your upgrades. Our family shop has about 30-35 rigs and they all have everything but the kitchen sink...and I see you included that in yours. Pretty cool idea really. Nice work.

BTW. This is a really nice set up for anyone interested not to mention it was built and owned by a famous person.

I plan on replacing it with another build if I do sell it. We can still talk. I cater any size party as long as I can drink beer while I cook food.

Richmond Meat Packers, they have quite a few different style smoker/BBQ grills. Some are gas, some coal, some boathouse, almost all of them have a coal/wood bin so you can do Texas stele with any of them. We've built some monster BBQ units over the years. Since work has slowed down for a lot of guys we built a few in the last year alone.
Heck if you have one like yours they do sell wholesale hogs. They are competitive on price but their thing is stuffing the hog with sausage or peppers and onions, or even fresh cinnamon fruit. They try to be different rather than compete with Eastern Market on price. If guys have their own spit or rod'n skewer they often have them dropped off and will mount the whole thing for them.
The biggest difference is their smoke house, having the hog pre-smoked for 18HOURS then you can put it on any grill, that will fit, and that is truly different. They even inject them with homemade BBQ sauce.
