Default standalone tbi 454 injectors not firing

I pulled the 454 from a 92 gmc 2500 with a manuel trans. I have the whole engine wiring harness with a 1228747 ecm. I am able to crank the engine but can only fire if I spray gas in it. I can just the injectors to fire but the ecm isn't firing them. Any help would be great

possible bad ignition control module or bad distributor pickup coil. the computer needs this input in order to fire the injectors.

check fuse ecm B. if its smoked the injectors won't pulse. also make sure you have a good ground to engine and fuel pressure.
