Question 98 ranger bucks and sputters when cold at higher rpms

My 98 ranger 3.0 5 spd jerks/ bucks/ sputters feels like a hard misfire at higher rpms when cold. After it warms up, you can't make it do again. Happens when you push past 2700rpms before shifting. I just did all the plugs and they are spotless. I did get codes for the egr system.
P1451 evaporated control system canister vent solenoid circuit malfunction
P0401 egr flow insufficient
p1400 dpf egr sensor circuit low voltage detected

I have replaced these...
egr valve
EGR pressure sensor
Plugs
Seafoamed the motor

It runs great and idles good just scares me with this issue.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Had a ford tempo that did something like that. Ended up being a bad coolant temp sensor sending bad info to the computer. Screws up the fuel management.

Egr tube is fine. Ill give the coolant temp sensor a try this weekend and see if that has any affect.
Thanks
