To be honest, other than the home values / taxes ratio, my neighborhood is pretty good. You don't want to go more than a couple blocks away though.

1 hour of sleep in the last 24 hours.. Not fun, especially on a hospital couch.. Oh well, they say we are not going home empty handed lol , they are saying the baby should be born today sometime after inducing her yesterday..
