You either live by a trailer park or there is snow coming.

I can't wait for it to hit, should cool things off. The radar shows a nice big patch headed for us

Im good! Small cell of a t-storm hit my house briefly to the point of kicking out my power and a couple of trash cans.
Power is back on and I had to pick up the trash cans!

We didn't get much rain at our house Saturday evening but a house down the street did lose a large tree to lightning.

We were sitting down to dinner and I looked outside and saw it had started lightly raining so I ran outside to put my Jeep (with no doors or windows on it) into the garage and as soon as I put my foot on the driveway I heard the loudest crack of thunder I had ever heard. It sounded like it was about 3' away. I imagine the lightning that came with that one was what took the neighbor's tree.

I drove to Dearborn heights and back yesterday, gone from 11AM to 4PM, never saw a drop of rain. It was, however, hotter than hell in D town.
