Default 4 wheel steer help

Can anyone help with a diagram of sorts for connecting the hydraulics up when doing a four wheel steer buggy thanks in advance

Do you want to have a separate control lever for the rear, as in the diagram that cerial posted, or do you want to have the rear steer with the steering wheel, and have 3 steer modes? (3 modes would be 2 wheel steer, 4 wheel opposed, and 4 wheel crab)


here's a basic diagram that will steer both axles with the steering wheel, and allow the 3 modes:
