Yes, the government has in place laws and regulations both limiting and protecting business, allowing us the opportunity to decide to go into business. infrastructure, etc.

For that to be true, the business owner would have to hire staff that has never benefited from the public education system (grade school, technical/vocational schools, colleges...), never moved goods or services across public roads, never had an account at an FDIC or NCUA backed financial institution, never taken a loan or funding through any federally backed programs, never benefited from publicly available demographic/statistical research for marketing purposes, have police and fire protection in the area that they operate/live in, etc.
I'm not saying that all of the government's policies and programs are as efficient or worthwhile as they could be, but they do provide some measure of good.
Now, each and every one of us uses those public roads, not just business owners, so that isn't a special favor, same thing for school, etc.
The point is, he's so fucking arrogant and out of touch with anyone but a left wing lib tard who supports him that he actually has the audacity to say something so stupid.
