Also this isnt a production shop, were just making one conveyor, not mass production...and the point is he just too bullheaded to buy new rollers, knowing If he did that then the other shops will be coming over to use it...and I'm not aloud to go order the rollers myself, so it is what it is. Just a foreman who is, well, kinda dumb.

Worked for company in question for ten years. Know of the buggies in question for DPI.
I believe the price is 550 each on the buggies, and Harve is one of the best guys I've had the pleasure to work with. So as advised by many others on this site, it is not a good idea to trash talk your supervisor on a public forum.

Haha what's up Adam, you should know the severity of the band saw there, and you know how bullheaded with spending money Harvey is, I do believe Craig said the last buggie we did was only within the 200 dollar range, may be different with other stuff being fixed but it was a loss. I can't help but say you have to agree micro managing a worker who is more than capable for using A band saw when you are the highest paid man in the shop and the person cutting isn't Doing anything wrong.

I do believe you left this shop for more than just the benifits, of all people you should know the issues the company faces and the lack of maintance on proper things.

This thread isnt about a poorly maintained shop, it is about your stupid Foreman who Adam apparently thinks highly of. Hopefully Adam doesnt like him more than you or you may regret this thread. I am willing to bet that you have never told your Foreman that he is a dumbass cheap bastard to his face. Either way this thread was a poor decision and hopefully you dont learn this the hard way. If you dont agree then carry on, dont back peddel.
