Default 7.3 idi clutch fan?

Im replacing the clutch fan on my 93 idi, the problem is i cant find the fan anywhere. Everyone sells the clutch, i called the ford dealer and they told me it was obsolete and id have to find something aftermarket. Im wondring if anyone might have some ideas on where to look.

Most any scrap yard should have a few. If you can not find one I can dig one out this weekend. What happened to the old one? did someone not get it tight enough and it met the fan when the truck was shut off.

The clutch went bad and the vibrations took out my water pump and 2 fuel lines. My fan blades are alittle chewed up, not sure how but since ive put so much money into fixing everything i want to get a good set of blades while im at it. 70$ for each fuel line, 150$ for the fan clutch, 65$ for the water pump. I figured i might aswell spring for a new fan while im at it and have no worries

Ouch! make sure to put the correct bolt (short one) in the top WP hole, I have seen many people run a long one in and when they meet the pump gear bad things happen. Do you also need some vibration isolators for the fuel lines? I could dig some of them out also. I'm sure you are aware but, make sure you use some loctite on that fan clutch and get it tight! after they warm up they will loosen and spin off when the engine is shut down.

Those are the ones, metal clips with rubber isolators, you will want to put those on or you will be forever replacing injector lines.
