You have to go through a broker unless you have your dealers license for salvage vehicles or know someone who does.

You can bid/buy ones that have a clear title but not the salvage ones.

The buildup will be as involved as what you plan to do to it.

I buy repairables and drive them and sell them to friends and family. I bought 3 G8's from that site a month ago.

My Father has bought multiple jk's off of copart and he doesn't have a dealer licence. Both salvage and clean titles.

I didn't say you couldn't or shouldn't, just making sure you had noticed....you'd be surprised how many people looked at my mom's RHD TJ...even looked inside...and didn't understand that it was right hand drive until she mentioned it.

Honestly I think an RHD trail rig would be cool, but I've been driving them for years so it's no big deal to me...anyway, back on topic....

Watch out for SCRAP titled vehilces, some insurance companies put scrap titles on when they total out a vehicle...meaning even when it has been fixed it can never be licensed or insured for street use.

Just have to go through a broker who has a salvage license. Not hard to do, just a $200-$300 fee

There is a section in the search where you can check unlicensed, so anyone can buy.
