Smile ATV Riding Oscoda, MI Info needed

We are thinking about going ATV riding in Oscoda this weekend. Does anyone know if you can ride from River Road to the trail head on Grass Lake Road?

Any help is appreciated.

there is a trail that follows river rd. where you gettin on it at?
on the map it looks like its called h9? there is a trail head very close to oscoda. looks like forest rd 4493 will hit it. its south of river rd, and north of old 23. its pretty close to town. get a huron-manistee motor vehicle use map. it has most everthing on it u will need. they have them at the dam store.

h9 west will run you to the south branch trail head
h9-4 south will run you to the sand lake trail head
h9-6 is short and takes you north to river road trail head east of old orchard park.

if ya get bored and want to go for a swim, or have a cold one, stop by site 168 in old orchard. ill be there.

Thank you. We were looking at the Ausable River Resort just outside of town. The guy on the phone told me that we can get to the trail on Grass Lake Rd from their location.

Thank you for the information.
